Honeywell Completes Acquisition of Intermec
Honeywell has announced that it has completed its acquisition of Intermec, a leading provider of mobile computing, radio frequency identification solutions (RFID), voice-enabled workflow and data-collection solutions, and printing solutions. Honeywell announced its intent to acquire Intermec in December 2012, in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $600 million.

The Trimble Juno T41 Now Shipping with Android 4.1 “Jelly Bean”
The rugged Trimble Juno T41 has seen a major OS update with a new version of the Android Operating System, Android 4.1 (“Jelly Bean”).

With the move to Jelly Bean, there is a new minimum RAM requirement. All T41 devices will now ship with 512MB of RAM. The 256 MB option is no longer available, for either Android or Windows Embedded Handheld (WEHH) configurations.
