Zebra Awarded with 6th Consecutive Best Channel Vendor Award

Zebra has been recognized as a Best Channel Vendor by Business Solutions Magazine for a sixth consecutive year. The company was named a winner in the  Business Solutions Magazine  technology category.

Each year, Business Solutions conducts an extensive reader survey, asking its value-added reseller (VAR) subscribers to evaluate and rate their vendor partners. Through their cast votes, Zebra’s resellers reported a high level of satisfaction with the company’s products. The global printing solution provider was recognized for earning high scores in the product features and product reliability categories.

For the survey, vendors were judged a scale of 0 (worst) to 5 (best) in seven categories: service/support, channel friendliness, channel program, product features, product reliability, product innovation and adequate VAR margins. Those who ranked within the top percent of a category were selected as Best Channel Vendors.

Business Solutions’ 2014 survey garnered 4,680 validated votes from 2,508 VAR subscribers. Overall scores were determined for each vendor by combining the cumulative scores of each of the seven aforementioned categories and dividing that number by the amount of resellers who rated them. The vendors who scored within the top five percent of each surveyed technology category were named 2014 Best Channel Vendors.
