OCR Canada Ltd. and QSG Inc. have approved a definitive agreement in which OCR Canada will acquire QSG effective March 5th, 2019.
Under the Barcodes Group, OCR Canada has seen incredible growth, continuing to be Canada’s leading value-added reseller. Executive management is confident that this acquisition will allow OCR Canada to best serve the Canadian Market in its entirety, providing the best solutions and service available.

Barcodes, Inc., a recognized leader in the delivery of enterprise mobility, RFID, point of sale, and barcode solutions in North America, announced today that it is expanding its professional services capabilities in the United States to include Design and Field Integration services from its OCR subsidiary.
Barcodes, Inc. will now provide a robust catalog of professional services to its U.S. customers, including wireless site surveys, RFID feasibility studies, point of sale system implementations, and mobility consulting, in addition to continuing to offer device staging, management, service and repair services. Additionally, a team of certified installation technicians are available for onsite management of deployment services including network cable runs and wireless network installation, device/hardware image creation and staging, and installation of equipment such as touchscreens, vehicle mount units, and wi-fi access points.
