The current inventory solution they were using was based on one central computer which forced employees to conduct any inventory needs at a single location. To make their solution more mobile and flexible, they used Barcodes Inc who set them up with GammaTech Durabook U12C rugged laptops and Motorola LS3478 Bluetooth scanners. This solution allowed workers to cover more ground and have access to the inventory simultaneously.
