
TrueView: How to use Report Dashboard
Report Dashboard
This screen provides a quick view of several widgets for different metrics of current Repair and Support Contracts, Service Tickets, Assets and Service level analytics.
Each widget has a report function that can be clicked to view the data displayed in the widget. Click the View Report link to access the widget reports. The widgets can be organized by the user based on personal preference by dragging up/down/left/right on the screen.
