TrueView: How to Use the Watch & Notification Feature
How to Initiate the Watch Feature
Navigate to TrueView to the left of the shopping cart icon. You have the ability to watch the below records.
Serial Number Asset
Support/Repair Ticket
Contract Id
Once you have selected to "Watch" a record it will display in a list which can be accessed by clicking the bell icon.
You can choose to "Unwatch" a record at anytime.
My Assets
An email notification will be sent when the asset status changes.
My Tickets
An email notification will be sent when a change is made to the ticket status.
My Contracts
An email notification will be send when the Expiring date hits, 45 Days, 30 Days, 15 Days prior to expiration.
