How to Create and Manage Users
In order to manage users you must have Admin permissions. Admin permissions allows the user to Create and/or Edit existing user permission levels. To confirm whether you have Amin permissions simply click on My Account and if you see User Management then you have Admin permissions.
Permission Levels
- Active
- Yes/No (edit to make inactive)
- View Orders
- All Orders (view orders that anyone has placed)
- Own Orders (view only orders that the specific user placed)
- Admin
- Yes/No
- TrueView Access
- Yes/No (user needs to create and/or view Repair Tickets, Assets and Contracts)
- Locations
- Yes/No (must have TrueView access and allows user to create and update Location Ids)
