We use the scanners everyday for our order pullers it makes it faster using the finger scanner and it keeps your hands free to carry the product. we made the mistake of not buying the cradle for charging the scanners after the back up battery dies it lost the wireless network configurations.

I use it for stalking a picking in a warehouse environment. And there are many more potential applications for this device just have to implement them. There Is a lot of things that are great about using this model it is fast and convenient and is always there when you need it unlike if you use a handheld bar code reader. You can easily set it down and walk off without remembering were you put it and waist valuable time looking for it when with this unit it is right there with you at all times and you never need to worry about dropping it or leaving it behind this unit save the company time and money and it leaves your mind free to concentrate on the tasks at hand and you are not worrying about maybe leaving your Bar code scanner behind. Well there is a few things that i don't like about this unit but not many for one the laser on the end of your finger is a little bulky and sometimes but not always it seem to snag and get in the way. The laser works well but some times if you are not pressing on the button just right it wont scan. The Straps that they use on the finger to hold it in place tend to slip a Little if you are not wearing gloves or have it strapped on so tight that it cuts off the blood circulation to your finger a little but In my opinion the straps on the finger wear out a lot faster then they should. The material Is a little flimsy i mean don't get me wrong it dose its purpose but i think that there is a better strap system that could be used. But all and all this is a great unit i have been using it in my work place for about 3 years and haven't really had a lot of problems. for the most part it is rugged and sturdy and works great in a wear house environment i prefer it over a handheld unit any day. i hope that this review helps.
