The ZoomSwitch Trainer is a simple-to-use training adapter / switch which works with wireless and corded headsets. The Trainer enables managers and supervisors an easy way to listen in and monitor employees' calls.

When used with one or two wireless office headsets, the ZoomSwitch Trainer allows employees and employers to train with a second person monitoring without sacrificing mobility.

Setup is quick and easy. Plug the wireless or corded headset into the adapter for normal one-on-one conversations. When a second headset is plugged into the adapter, mute either or both microphones with the push of a button.
