The Zebra 800012-601 is a retransfer film required for printing cards with Zebra reverse-transfer printers, including the ZXP 7 and ZXP 8 Series. The printer applies your card image to the underside of this film, which is then applied to the card surface, effectively sandwiching the image between the film and card for superior durability and print quality.
The Zebra 800012-601 provides 1,250 prints for single-sided card printing and 625 prints for dual-sided card printing. The yield depends on whether you're printing one or both sides of your ID cards.
The Zebra 800012-601 Transfer Film is compatible with ZXP 7 and ZXP 8 Series printers. To ensure optimal performance and print quality, always use genuine Zebra transfer film specifically designed for your printer model.
Zebra card printers require specialized Zebra transfer film to function properly and maximize printed card quality and printer durability. We are an authorized Zebra reseller that guarantees our 800012-601 retransfer films are genuine, properly stored, and always fresh—protecting your investment and ensuring consistent results.
When stored under proper conditions, Zebra 800012-601 film ribbons typically have a shelf life of up to one year. Ribbons older than one year that are improperly stored will not print optimally and can result in increased maintenance costs and card reprinting expenses.
