Zebra CartConnect 500 - Many case and pallet workflows can be automated within your facility to reduce and eliminate pallet jacks and forklifts for material transport. With CartConnect500, you can safely and autonomously transport case goods, totes, boxes, and smaller palletized loads up to 272kg (600 lbs.) and set-up recurring workflows to reduce reliance on material handling machinery, and dedicate staff to focus on higher-value tasks. The CartConnect500 features a built-in lift module that picks up and drops off a FetchCart, a detachable, industrial-grade cart specifically designed for the CartConnect500. Unique markers located on the legs of the carts allows precision docking during pick-up and drop-off. You can also use any given cart that meets our specifications, allowing you to utilize any existing carts you may already have in your facility. Ideal for Case Picking, Replenishment / Putaway, Raw Material Delivery, ASRS Induction, e-Commerce Fulfillment, and Staging/Consolidation.
