The HEG from Videotec is designed to be suitable for several cameras equipped with a wide range of lenses. Its body is made out of extruded aluminum and face plates of die-cast aluminum making it highly durable. The HEG's EPDM rubber end-gaskets and other three rubber glands with their specific gaskets offers IP66 standard weather proofing capability. The HEG offers easy installation and further adjustments of cameras along with easy on site replacement and installation of pan-tilt heads. Supported by an array of accessories like wipers, heaters and blowers the HEG can fit any environment.

The internal dimensions of this housing are suitable for several cameras equipped with a wide range of lenses. The body is constructed from extruded aluminium and the end-cover plates of die-cast aluminium. The weatherproof feature is maintained by two EPDM-rubber end gaskets between cover plates, and three cable glands. The opening system allows an easy access for installation and servicing.
