Lexan surface with active pen

SignatureGem 4x5 is a durable large-sized electronic signature pad with digitizing pen. The signing area is large enough to accomodate paper forms or receipts for clients while you maintain a paperless electronic copy. The pen features interchangeable inking and stylus tips and the pad is powered only by the computer's data port.

We use these sig pads in a mental health agency to capture required patient signatures on treatment plans. This version is what we deploy to our office-based providers. Although some setup and configuration was required for our network environment, once that was accomplished we have experienced NO compatibility issues whatsoever. They just work.
