The rf IDEAS WAVE ID® Plus Mini is a compact, dual-frequency card reader designed for identification, authentication and logical-access applications. It supports 125/132 kHz proximity credentials and 13.56 MHz contactless smart cards, including MIFARE® Secure technologies such as DESFire EV1, EV2 and EV3. Four configurable card profiles allow organizations to support multiple credential technologies through a single reader. With USB, USB Virtual COM and RS-232 options, the WAVE ID Plus Mini supports applications such as single sign-on, secure print management, time and attendance, cashless payments and industrial vending.
