Guest We are a non-profit sports organization for boys and girls between the ages of 2 to 14 and have approximately 300/400 kids each year in the program. Currently we manually count and track our uniforms. Since everything is done by volunteers, I would like to update our process and simplify our inventory control so that we know when uniforms are out and when they have been returned, as well as how many we have on hand each season.


Your application is basic check-in/check-out and for an easy to use solution I would suggest the RedBeam Check-in/Check-out software and a basic scanner like the Honeywell 1300g. This software will allow you to know who has what uniform and even set return dates to have an accurate picture of what is in stock, checked-out, and when things are expected to be returned. This bundle runs on any Windows PC.
