Guest We are currently looking for a client tracking system to issue magnetic cards to clients and when they come in they will be able to scan and sign-in with a signature pad. We will need a card reader, card printer with magnetic writer, cards, signature pad, and tracking software. We are looking to serve around 2900 clients on this hardware/software.


To begin with the software as this will tie everything together I would suggest the Jolly Lobby Track application. This is a comprehensive visitor management software that will readily incorporate card issuance, scanning, and signature capturing. We can pair this application with the Zebra QuickCard ID Solution kit to create and encode cards for each visitor which also provides a set of initial media to use. Add in a Magtek Dynamag reader and a Topaz signature capture pad to complete the system.
