Guest We need ID badges with a Mag stripe for tracking employees. The card reader locations will not be hooked to computer and must store the info to then be downloaded daily to a computer. Picture, minimal data, name, rank , and dept. will need to be printed on the cards.

To create simple cards with an image and any other data you need can easily be done with the Zebra QuickCard ID Solution bundle. This kit includes a smaller volume card printer, software, and media to create ID cards. In order to collect the card information in the field I would suggest the Unitech MR650. This unit can be a stand-alone device or connect to your network directly via Ethernet to collect ID card data in the field. It is a Windows CE device so we can create a variety of collection applications which can report daily in a batch file or in real-time on your network.
