Guest Can a bar code contain all of the following information: style #, color, size, P.O.#, shipment #, and date?

Normally bar codes are just a 6-12 digit number that references and item in a larger database or inventory software. Within this software you would have all of the specific characteristics you need. This said, you could use what is called a 2D bar code and actually encode all those features in the code itself but this would require an imager scanner as the standard laser scanners most people use can not read a 2D code. Likewise, the printer you would use to make 2D labels will most likely need to be of higher resolution to ensure readable print quality.
