Guest I am currently developing a solution for a state transport system in my country that will need over 300 handheld scanners for ticketing. Kindly send me a proposal that fits into this application.

There is a wide range of options available on most mobile computers on the market currently. Some key points we will need to determine are what kind of wireless communications you will need (802.11, CDMA/GSM, Bluetooth), the type of scanner required (Linear or 2D), and the degree of ruggedness. I would initially look at the Motorola MC75A as this device comes with most any option we would need and can be configured easily. Also, if ticketing is require we can also provide mobile printers like the Zebra RW420 to issue tickets in the field.
