Guest I'm looking for a rugged scanner for GPS collection of street signs. I would like to use it with a Trimble Geo6000 and have the scanner Bluetooth the bar code scan in an ASCII format to the Trimble device to be used as an attribute. Do you have a scanner that can do that? The Trimble device uses Windows Mobile.

What you are looking for is actually a very common function of many cordless bar code scanners. One that I would suggest due to how easy it is to pair with any Bluetooth enabled device is the Motorola LS4278. This unit will pair with the Trimble device and send data as ASCII text that will be placed in the forefront application you are running.
