They combine advanced decode algorithms and dual field optics with user-friendly features and the convenience of Bluetooth wireless connectivity.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00c2\u00a0HS-51\u00c2\u00a0and\u00c2\u00a0HS-51X\u00c2\u00a0imagers are equipped with a 1.2 Megapixel CMOS sensor and dual field optics to provide reliable reading of codes ranging from large 1D barcodes to tiny high density 2D symbols. The HS-51 is an excellent portable solution for decoding 1D\/2D symbols in common applications such as high-contrast, black and white labels. The HS-51X additionally includes Microscan\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s industry-leading X-Mode decode algorithms and innovative bright field lighting for reading difficult, low-contrast codes, including<a href=\"https:\/\/www.barcodesinc.com\/cats\/barcode-scanners\/dpm.htm\"> direct part marks (DPM)<\/a> such as dot peen and laser\/chemical etch.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Both <a href=\"https:\/\/www.barcodesinc.com\/cats\/barcode-scanners\/imager.htm\">imagers <\/a>are ergonomically designed for comfort in repetitive and heavy duty applications, and feature visual and vibrating indicators to provide confirmation of successful reads in noisy or sensitive environments. The durable IP54 enclosure protects all sensitive components and can easily withstand even harsh chemical-based cleaners. The units include a 1300 milliamp Lithium-ion battery with a life up to 50,000 reads, and 32 MB of non-volatile memory.
