Trigger Toggle mode is a newer feature that lets you quickly hit the trigger on your Honeywell Xenon 1900<\/a>\/1902<\/a> two or three times to temporarily put the scanner into either imaging mode, cell phone read mode, or centering mode. Here is where you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122d use this feature.<\/p>\n

Example 1:<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0 If your application occasionally involves scanning digital barcodes.\u00c2\u00a0 Cell phone read mode can slow down your scanner a little when scanning non-digital barcodes. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Click, click\u00e2\u20ac\u009d and you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve temporarily turned on cell phone read mode to quickly read that digital barcode.<\/p>\n

Example 2:\u00c2\u00a0<\/strong> Or maybe you love the broad view of your Honeywell<\/a> Xenon, but you have one barcode that you have to scan that\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s bunched together with other barcodes that you don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t want to scan.\u00c2\u00a0 \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Click, click\u00e2\u20ac\u009d (activate centering mode) and you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve temporarily narrowed your scanner\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s field of view to hit that one barcode you need in the bunch.<\/p>\n

Here is how it works.<\/p>\n

1. Scan the barcode of the desired toggle mode:

2. Set the number of triggers required to activate the Trigger Toggle Mode:<\/p>\n

If you’d prefer, you can then set the trigger timing (how fast you need to hit the trigger) if the default of 400ms doesn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t work for you.\u00c2\u00a0 See User\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Guide for Trigger Timing barcode and instructions.
