The EC1000 leverages the same tried, true and tested hardware architecture as its CA8000/4000/200 counterparts. The EC1000 may be seamlessly mixed and matched within the Keyscan system to add enhanced security for any facility.

Keyscan elevator controllers are designed to secure floors by prompting cardholders to present their assigned credential to an elevator installed reader. Based on permissions only those floors assigned to the cardholder will be available for selection. The EC1000 may establish communication connectivity via LAN/ WAN or wireless LAN among other options.
