- Local telephone and electronic support using HP remote support tools isolate your problem and help streamline resolution
Next business day onsite response:
- For issues that cannot be resolved remotely, an HP-authorised representative arrives at your site the next business day after your call has been logged and for which you have a contracted service window
- Your covered hardware is returned to operational condition, with components or entire units replaced as necessary
- Your coverage includes all required parts and materials
Parts and materials:
- HP provides HP-supported parts and materials needed to maintain your covered hardware in operating condition, including parts and materials for recommended engineering improvements
Coverage window:
- Service is available 8.00am - 5.00pm local time Monday to Friday (excluding HP holidays), or during standard business days and hours in the country where service is requested
