The OmniLink TM-T70II-DT offers retailers a POS system with maximum computing power and configuration flexibility. It includes a retail-hardened PC with a POSReady 7, Windows 7 Pro or Linux operating system powered by an Intel Atom 1.86GHz processor and Epson’s unique ePOS-Print technology enabling browser-based printing. It is all integrated into an ultra-small footprint and is ideal for mobile, Web-based and standalone POS and kiosk applications.

The TM-T70II-DT is equipped with an internal web server, a choice of Windows® Embedded POSReady or Linux and ePOS-Device, enabling retailers to take full advantage of web-based applications and thin client solutions. POS peripherals - such as scanners, magnetic stripe readers, customer displays, scales and EFT (electronic funds transfer) terminals - can be conveniently controlled through the web without the need for additional drivers, and connected using the printer's USB ports and VGA port.

Offering retailers significant cost savings, the TM-T70II-DT is a standalone, all-in-one solution that doesn't need a connection to a PC or POS terminal. This reduces the amount of hardware needed, cutting energy usage and reducing maintenance and servicing expenses. The printer's 'paper save' feature lower costs further.

The TM-T70II-DT provides full resilience, with local storage that can be used to back-up POS applications and databases - so if the network becomes disconnected, sales won't stop.
