Watchport Sensor from Digi facilitates creating a made-to-order monitoring system with environmental sensors, which can preempt damage to equipment and facilities, and also reduce costly system downtime and maintenance in mission-critical environments. Sensors are available to measure distance, proximity, humidity, temperature, acceleration, tilt and presence of water. The right combination of Watchport Manager software, included with each sensor, provides centralized device status, supports data logging to preserve historical information, enables the easy integration of multiple sensors without additional software development and facilitates remote monitoring. Watchport Sensor is ideal for remote monitoring in point-of-sale (kiosks, ATMs), medical and server room applications.
