Datacard 722085 Laminate and Film

The Datacard 722085 is a laminate and film product designed for use with Datacard ID card printing systems. It provides protective lamination for ID cards, enhancing durability and security. This product is compatible with Datacard laminators and is part of the TruCredential Professional Edition suite for card personalization.

The Datacard laminate system accepts ISO ID-1/CR-80 size cards (3.370 in. x 2.125 in.) made from PVC, ABS, PET, PET-G, or Polycarbonate materials. Card thickness acceptance ranges from 0.25 mm to 1.0 mm (10 mil to 40 mil), making it suitable for standard plastic ID card stock.

The Datacard laminate module (LM300/LM200) applies lamination at approximately 21 seconds per card. This speed works in conjunction with the printing process to deliver fully personalized and protected ID cards efficiently.

The Datacard laminate system operates optimally in environments between 60°F to 86°F (15°C to 30°C) with relative humidity levels of 35% to 70%. These controlled conditions ensure consistent lamination quality and equipment reliability.

Yes, the Datacard laminate system supports dual-sided lamination when used with compatible duplex printing configurations. This allows for complete protection and personalization of both card sides in a single workflow.

Datacard provides a 24-month standard depot warranty on the laminate system, ensuring coverage for defects in material and manufacturing. Contact us today to learn more about warranty options and support services available from Barcodes Inc.
