Bogen VR Speaker Public Address Equipment Model Overview
The Bogen VR Speaker is designed for hands-free, two-way communications. It consists of a 3-inch, weather resistant, cone-type speaker and a 25V transformer. The transformer can be bypassed for 8-ohm operation. It includes a heavy-duty metal pushbutton switch that can be used to initiate a call to a control center. The switch can be wired for use with systems that require a momentary contact closure for call annunciation. Includes a silicon-controlled rectifier circuit for use with systems that require latching operation.
Bogen VRS1 Public Address Equipment Overview
The Bogen VRS1 is a wall-mountable, vandal-resistant speaker with call-button designed for use with Bogen Multicom, Quantum, and Multi-Graphic communication systems. It consists of an 8-ohm loudspeaker, 25V transformer (tap fixed at 1/2 watt), and call-in switch mounted to a heavy-gauge stainless steel plate. The call-in switch can be wired to provide either momentary or latching operation. The plate may be mounted to a 2-1/2" deep Gang Box (4-1/2" W x 6-13/16" H), such as Steel City (H2BD-3/4 & 1), with one-way security screws.
