2.  How to pick the right printers for labels?

Many clients will have varied needs when it comes to printing their labels including how many they need to print, the type of connectivity from the system to the printer, the mobility needed (stationary or wireless mobile printing,) and the quality of print they are looking for. We have a large set of compatible printers we recommend that will work in the client’s environment.

5.  We are evaluating Apple products for mobile devices, is this the preferred path?

We can support and deploy a large variety of devices including iPhones when needed. While many IT departments may inquire about ‘consumer grade’ devices we consistently find that providing hardware that is purposely built for professional use is a more stable, lower cost long term solution. Especially when considered with barcode scanning, there are very few instances in which a ‘consumer grade’ device will deliver a better experience for your client. We typically recommend devices purpose built for their needs that will provide less headache for them and for you.

6.  Go Live, Ongoing support and management of these devices will be needed, how do we handle that?

We handle the entire device selection process, procurement, Go-Live support, and ongoing technical support for years to come.
