The AML WSC wearable scanner series is designed to improve hands-free barcode scanning efficiency in demanding warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution environments. Lightweight models weigh less than 2.1 ounces and support multiple ergonomic mounting options, including index-finger and back-of-hand configurations for left- or right-hand use.
The WSC series combines high-performance 1D/2D barcode scanning, wireless connectivity, a swappable 600 mAh Li-Ion battery, and durable industrial construction for reliable all-day operation.
The WSC-1600 provides standard-range 1D/2D imaging from 2.2 inches to 19.5 inches, while the WSC-2700 expands scanning performance with near/far 2D barcode capture from 2.2 inches to more than 40 feet. Both models support HID Keyboard, SPP, and Bluetooth Low Energy profiles with wireless range up to 150 feet in unobstructed conditions. USB Type-C connectivity, visual and audible notifications, vibration feedback, and 5-foot drop resistance help support fast, accurate workflows while minimizing downtime.
