The OPTI-6100 OC-3 Multiplexer Module (OMM3VIR) terminates the OC-3 fiber circuit to feed the OPTI-6100 chassis. The OMM3VIR module converts the optical signal into digital electrical signals for distribution through the backplane wiring to the tributary modules.
