The TUP942 tend to be more cost effective in the long term with the added benefits of higher quality, much faster throughput and near silent operation.

The benefits of TUP942's technology include 2 part copy capability for journals, 58 mm width for low cost ticketing, and lower paper costs, although thermal paper prices, especially standard receipt quality, have been much reduced.
