The Metrologic Fusion 3780 Handheld/Hands-Free Scanner has a primary 20-line omnidirectional scan pattern that allows for aggressive scanning of barcodes in any orientation or with a push of a button can switch to a targeted single line for menu scanning. This feature of the Fusion 3780 provides the ability to pass over other barcodes, selecting only the required code. No other scanner offer quite as much control as the Fusion 3780. Hands free operation in the stand for presentation scanning reduces operator fatigue and multiple sleep modes reduce power consumption. The Fusion 3780's optional EAS integration allows users to deactivate and EAS tag and decode a barcode in a single scan.

Metrologic Fusion combines omni directional and single-line laser bar code scanning into a lightweight, ergonomic hand-held form factor. The 20-line scan pattern provides superior scanning over existing single-line scanners making Fusion ideal for medium-volume retailers including specialty stores, pharmacies, liquor stores, and convenience stores. An adjustable stand with three locking positions provides flexibility for the user to position the scanner for individual comfort and optimal performance. Stabilized with a weighted metal base, the stand may also be hard-mounted to counters or walls.
