Rugged durability for inclement weather and harsh handling
The IT-10 has been designed for maximum durability and it can withstand a drop from 3.3 feet (1 meter) onto concrete. It is also dust and water proof to level IP54 (International Standard IEC60529). The internal components are sealed inside extremely tough yet light magnesium inner shielding with the outer casing made of a durable plastic resin to give added protection. The LCD screen is set in a shock absorbent rubber mounting to resist the effects of hard impacts.
